The Power of Making Music

I believe that the use of noise to make music will continue and increase until we reach a music produced through the use of electrical instruments which will make available for musical purposes any and all sounds that can be heard.
John Cage
Human Beings are cultural and social beings and they enjoy music making spontaneously, even if some won't admit it.
We still enjoy making music with our hands, our voices, our feet, and tongue. I am hoping we were never evolve to a zombie like civilisation where we are not spontaneous in our music making.
Family members still sing lullabies, still enjoy vocalising question and answer, humming, whistling, rhythm making unplugged, but we are priviledged in having choices like youtube clips of all types of genres to help baby sleep, to enjoy lipsinking and dancing along to tracks is always going to be a part of our lives. We pick up rocks, spoons, pieces of wood, anything we can lay our hands on and beat a rhythm. I am wondering how spontaneous we can be with electronic instruments that need to be plugged in.
The music industry embraces traditional, modern and futuristic and I believe that majority of us see each one as important as the other, depending on the context.
